What is my loan payoff?

We have an easy online secure form you can complete to find out what the payoff is on you loan.


Where can I send my loan Payoff?

You can mail your loan payoff to:

  • Standard Mail: Heritage Federal Credit Union PO Box 189
  • Overnight: 5388 Old State Road Newburgh IN 47630

How do I find my Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?

The easiest way to view it is to stand outside the vehicle on the driver's side and look at the corner of the dashboard where it meets the windshield. If the VIN cannot be found there, open the driver's side door and look at the door post (where the door latches when it is closed).


Do you offer free notary services?

We have notary’s at every location. If your document requires a witness, we do ask that you bring your own witness.


How can I pay for my loan?

We have several Option for our members to pay for loans including: 

  • Mail a payment to PO Box 189, Newburgh, IN 47629-0189

  • Visit a branch location

  • Auto Pay setup on my account to automatically make my payment 

  • Online Transfer from another account at Heritage Federal Credit Union

  • Online FI to FI transfer directly to a loan 

  • Payment over the telephone or the web payment center from another Financial Institution (this option does include a convenience fee) 


How do I change my address?

The most convenient way to change your address is through online banking. Click on Services and then the Continue button next to Change Address/Contact Information. Follow the prompts to update your information. You may also call our information center at 812-253-6928, Option 1 or stop by any branch


What do I need need to bring with me to open my child's Kirby savings account? 

For account openings for minors we do require social security number and a copy of a Birth Certificate or Social Security Card. 


Why am I not eligible to use Mobile Check Deposit?

Mobile Check Deposit may not be available for your account due to a variety of reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Your account is not one of our qualifying account types
  • Amount of deposits and/or average balance on your account
  • Length of membership
  • Current or previous share or loan collections history
  • Fraudulent activity on your account
  • History of overdrafts
