Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
We have an easy online secure form you can complete to find out what the payoff is on your loan.
You can mail your loan payoff to:
- Standard Mail: Heritage Federal Credit Union PO Box 189, Newburgh, IN 47629-0189
- Overnight: 5388 Old State Road Newburgh IN 47630
The easiest way to view it is to stand outside the vehicle on the driver's side and look at the corner of the dashboard where it meets the windshield. If the VIN cannot be found there, open the driver's side door and look at the door post (where the door latches when it is closed).
We have notaries at every location. If your document requires a witness, we do ask that you bring your own witness.
