Annual Meeting

The Heritage Federal Credit Union 56th Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 22, 2021, at 1:00 p.m.  Due to COVID-19 virus concerns, it will be held at the HFCU Headquarters building in Newburgh, IN.  Our Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee members and our Senior Leadership Team will be in attendance either in person or via phone. The maximum number of participants have been met, and the reservations have been closed. 

A short business meeting will be held to discuss the following:

  • Reading and approval of the minutes of the last meeting
  • Report of the financial officer (external auditor report)
  • Report of the supervisory committee
  • Introduction of new directors and supervisory committee representative
  • Any other business

Please note that due to the abbreviated meeting, we will not be serving a meal or distributing prizes.  The meeting will be recorded and a link will be added to this page following the meeting.
