On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) a pandemic and, in response on March 12, Governor Holcomb restricted large gatherings to no more than 50 people. In order to adhere to Governor Holcomb’s restriction, the Heritage Federal Credit Union Annual Meeting scheduled for May 14, 2020, will not be held as it currently stands. Instead, the Annual Meeting will be held in the HFCU Community Room at our Headquarters building in Newburgh. Our Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee members and our Senior Leadership Team will be in attendance.

It will be a short business meeting of likely no more than 30 minutes to discuss the following:

  • Reading and approval of the minutes of the last meeting
  • Report of the financial officer (external auditor report)
  • Report of the supervisory committee
  • Ratification of directors
  • Any other business

Due to the limitation of a 50-person gathering, we will accept reservations beginning April 14, 2020, at 9:00 am via online on this page and via phone at 812-253-6928 ext. 2290. When we reach the 50-person limit, reservations will be closed. If you had previously sent in a reservation for the Annual Meeting at the University of Evansville, those reservations have been cancelled along with the meeting. Please note that due to the abbreviated meeting, we will not be serving a meal or distributing prizes.

If you do receive confirmation of your reservation, and you are not feeling well, please do not attend the meeting.

Due to limited capacity, guest reservations will be excluded at this meeting. Each member should make their own reservation.
