Community Donation Request Form

Heritage Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial institution. As a not-for-profit, we often take advantage of community marketing opportunities which will benefit the credit union, as well as the communities we serve (Vanderburgh, Warrick and Posey Counties in Indiana and Henderson County in Kentucky). Requests are granted on a limited basis. 

Please review the below criteria for pre-qualification information:

  • Level of advertising for HFCU and HFCU members
  • Ability of advertising to target our field of membership (Vanderburgh, Warrick and Posey Counties in Indiana and Henderson County in Kentucky)
  • Availability of funds in the Community Relations Program budget (Our community budget is completed one year in advance.) 
  • To be considered for community support, requests can be submitted at any time, but, in order to give adequate time for review of your project/event, we strongly suggest that requests be submitted at least 60 days prior to the project/event deadline.

Any approved requests for 2019 does not guarantee that the same request will be approved in the future. As we evaluate requests in the future, Heritage Federal Credit Union will be looking at organization requests/proposals that can develop into a partnership with the credit union.
