Online Banking and Bill Pay

Our convenient 24-hour Online Banking and Bill Pay let you do your banking securely at home or on the go.

Free Secure Online Banking

  • Easily access account balances, history and statements.
  • Transfer money between accounts.
  • View check images.
  • Download account information into cash management programs such as Quicken® or Microsoft Money®.
  • Send a secure electronic message to HFCU.

Categorize expenses and spending. It’s like organizing your checkbook register, but easier!

With online banking check register, you can:

  • Add descriptions to your transactions and organize them into categories.
  • Use preset categories or create your own to make organizing and budgeting easier. You can add, delete or modify categories for your convenience.
  • Print income/expense summaries for a selected category.

Bill Pay Service

  • Pay your bills electronically - you decide who, how much and when you pay.
  • Use Bill Pay for free when you sign up for e-statements*
  • Payments deducted from your checking account sent either electronically or via paper check.
  • Save on stamp and envelope costs.


You can request Bill Pay service when signing up for your Online Banking account or any time after.

*Bill Pay is only $5.95/month for unlimited transactions without e-statements.

E-mail Alerts

The Heritage Federal Credit Union "Notify Me" feature within online banking allows members to receive e-mail alerts for any of the following transactions:

  • A message is waiting in your online inbox.
  • The member’s account is overdrawn.
  • The balance in the member’s account is above and/or below a designated dollar amount that the member pre-determines.
  • A certain check(s) number(s) has been paid.
  • A deposit has been made.
  • A transaction above a designated amount (that the member sets) has occurred.

Members can set-up their Heritage Federal Credit Union "Notify Me" alerts by clicking on the "User Services" tab. Then link to "Notify Me" under the "User Preferences" section and designate which transactions should activate alerts via e-mail.
