Q: Can I request a larger font statement from Heritage Federal Credit Union?
A: Yes. Larger font statements will be made available for members once we convert to the new data processing system. A member will just need to visit their favorite credit union branch or give us a call to request the larger font statement. These larger font statements will be available in our regular member statements and also in our Visa statements. Since the credit union is attempting to “Go Green” where applicable and lower our expenses, please remember that larger font statements will take additional paper to produce and cost the credit union more money in paper and postage.
Q: If I elect to receive one of my statements in a particular format will I receive all of my other statements in that format as well?
A: Yes. All of your statements will be in one type of format. For instance, if you elect a paper format for your regular statement, then your Visa statement will also be paper. If, on the other hand, you want your regular statement to be delivered as an E Statement, then all others will also be delivered in an E Statement format.
