Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator.
Primary responsibilities include: Coordinate and implement marketing projects; Manage vendor relationships for public relations and media purchasing (along with being responsible for media management), Monitor adherence to approved content and placement; Provide copywriting, proof reading, and design editing for advertisements. Assist designing artwork for projects; Manage special media projects. Reconcile media invoices; Assist with contract negotiations for media agreements.
Requirements for position: Associate’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience; Design/graphic skills and ability and experience with Adobe, and Design Suite CS3 software. Preferred candidate will have entry-level agency experience, Marketing knowledge, proofreading skills, excellent oral and written communication and organizational abilities an have in-depth knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.


Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Specialist.
Primary responsibilities include: Present features and benefits of all credit union products and services to credit union’s member base; Maintaining and managing relationships with existing and potential new members, dealers, or brokers in the credit union’s field of membership; continuous promotion of the credit union through visible participation in business, community, and charitable organizations and activities; Managing the professional correspondence and direct marketing programs to local prospective and existing membership.
Requirements for the position: Associate’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience; must be able to work nights and weekends as needed. Preferred candidate will have Sales experience, Marketing knowledge, excellent oral and written communication and organizational abilities and be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Call Center Supervisor.
Primary responsibilities include: Supervise the call center staff and perform all supervisor related duties such as: scheduling, training, monitor/analyze procedures and processes for productivity and performance appraisals. Previous experience generating and analyzing phone system reports and statistics, meeting production targets and a minimum of 1 year of supervision is preferred.

Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Network Liaison.
Primary responsibilities include: provide support to credit union branch staff in areas of staffing, training, workflow/ process improvement, facility and equipment needs, branch operations procedures, cash controls, vendor relationships, management reports, daily operational support and compliance training.
Requirements for the position: Associate’s degree in a business related field or equivalent experience; 2-3 years of branch operations experience; Knowledge of financial products and services; Knowledge of branch workflow processes; Knowledge of security procedures at branches; Ability to develop advanced Excel, Word and Access documents. Previous experience in a financial institution required.
