Call Center Supervisor. Primary responsibilities include:
Supervise the call center staff and perform all supervisor related duties such as scheduling, training, monitor /analyze procedures and processes for productivity and performance appraisals. Previous experience generating and analyzing phone system reports and statistics, meeting production targets and a minimum of 1 year of supervision is preferred.
Financial Services Consultant – Northfield Branch - Responsibilities include: Assist members with all products and services such as new accounts, IRAs, loans, CDs with ability to explain all product features and benefits; Accurately complete all paperwork; Meet sales and service goals. Applicants MUST have previous experience with sales and service of loans and financial products at a financial institution.
Vice President of Support Operations. This position: Directs the managerial operations of deposit services and electronic banking services. Directs, through staff, deposit operations, negative balance collections, electronic banking services, ATM network, all card services, and all ACH services. Directs the implementation of new deposit and electronic service products. Coordinates strategic planning initiatives for area of responsibility. Directs the research for Deposit, VISA and Debit card compliance, documentation and liability issues. Develops and directs a comprehensive VISA card fraud prevention program to ensure losses are kept at a minimum.REQUIREMENTS for the position: 5+ years of prior deposit/electronic services management experience in a senior level position in a financial institution. Detailed understanding of financial institution deposit regulations, NACHA regulations, and Visa credit and debit card operating regulations. A bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent. Ability to research and analyze data in preparation for detailed decision-making. Advanced technology skills including development of advanced spreadsheets
